Do you need to rob a bank to afford our services?
Nope! We are very competitive. As we DO bespoke we initially have to work with you to understand the project in full so we can provide a free no obligation estimate.
Furthermore via our selected referral partner, you may be applicable for low-rate finance by working with us.
Do you offer Finance?
Via our selected referral partner, you may be applicable for low-rate finance by working with us. Commercial Finance is available on projects with term length ranging from 12-36 months. Please contact us if you’d like further details and for credit rate indication.

How long does a project take?
Very difficult to answer for us, all projects are different, when we provide a proposal we will estimate the project timescale. We do have re-usable code libraries that we've produced over the years so we can utilise these to develop systems fast.
In most cases we'd require a project brief. This will allow us to quickly understand the requirements and goals of the project.
Are we going to baffle with TECH TALK?
Nope not at all! Of course we know the techy lingo, but we will talk plain English so that everyone has a clear understanding of the project.
What areas do you cover?
We are based in the Midlands in the UK. We supply and support nationally.
Are your sites SEO friendly?
Yes, when creating a new site we follow the current guidelines from Google and Microsoft so you get the best results!
Are your sites Templates sites or built in WordPress
NO! There are plenty of companies offering template sites or DIY site builders (WIX / Wordpress etc). This is not us, and not what we offer. We feel that creating a bespoke site gives you get a better product - faster to load, more engaging, better designed and targeted to your customers.
That said though we do host and maintain WordPress sites for clients, and if a client is familiar with WordPress and wishes to use this platform but still have a new website, we can apply bespoke coding making a hybrid website.
Can I host my own site?
Yes of course! We do offer UK hosting solutions, but if you have it already that's fine we can check out your current hosting package and see if it's suitable - generally the coding platforms we use are compatible with most standard hosting providers.
Mobile apps for both Android and IOS?
Yes! Mobile Apps are indeed something we can create for your business too! Contact us with your brief and we'd be happy to provide a project estimate for you.
What about on-going SEO?
We are currently working with selected partners to offer this a solution for our clients. We project manage and ensure that our clients are well looked after and understand the benefits of SEO. We provide guidance on CPC (cost-per-click) packages also that are fed via Google and Microsoft. This keeps our clients informed on the website marketing options available to them so your site is found on the search engines.
Do you still offer desktop software?
Yes! Desktop software is by no means dead, many clients have applications that run locally on the PC and link to a central server and we still offer this service. That said, web applications can offer an enhanced user interface (UI) and experience (UX) as well as be multi-platform of Windows, Apple and Android. We assess each project and make recommendations based on the use of the project to see which option is better for our clients.
Can you offer migration of old software to the web / cloud?
Yes! We can assess the current software and in most cases we can offer a migration path to create a new website app and migrate the data across.
Do you still work on VFP projects?
Yes! if you have an older software application written in VFP (Visual FoxPro) then we're the experts. We still have the skills to alter your existing program providing you have the source code. Or alternatively offer a migration solution to a newer web based platform.

Do you do I.T support contracts?
Yes! we can look after both new and used equipment, and offer email, telephone, remote and onsite support. We would assess your current equipment, any potential issues you're currently having and provide a quotation to get things sorted and cover encase of issues in the future.
What hours do you offer support?
Our support hours are alongside our standard business hours of Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm.
Do you custom build PCs?
Yes we can! As we know which components marry and work well together we can assess the requirements of the user and provide a quotation of a custom build PC or server to suit.
Can you provide on-premise Servers?
Indeed we do! We assess the I.T needs of the business and review the current and future server requirements. As cloud servers offer a cost-effective solution, we can provide alternatives to on-premises equipment also.
Do you offer Cloud Servers / VPS
Yes! As with our UK hosting packages, we can offer Dedicated or Virtual Servers for clients with varying specs and monthly cost. This can be a cost-effective alternative to on-premise servers.
Can my data be protected?
Yes of course! Your data security and protection is paramount. We offer UK cloud backup solutions that are GDPR compliant. The data is automatically encrypted and sent off-site on a daily schedule to a UK data centre. Data retention policies can be applied to keep revisions of your data to recover from previous file versions.
